History
Coastal Bend Real Estate has been serving the Coastal Bend and South Texas since 1982. In 2000, Coastal Bend Real Estate with the Irwins and Jo Ann Clawson, moved to Goliad. Since that time, long time Goliad Real Estate Agents, Bobbie Bammert and Benny Martinez have joined the team. In 2005, Jessica McDaniel came on board and is now a Certified General Appraiser and real estate agent.
Besides serving the area as Real Estate Agents, many members of the Coastal Bend Real Estate Family are Certified Appraisers, handling residential, farm and ranch, and commercial appraisals.
Our Agents
We have eight agents in two offices, Goliad and Rockport, and several of them are licensed brokers. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. Some are former educators, business professionals, musicians, and business owners. They are all committed to the Business of Real Estate and our clients.
Office and Staff
Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to the Rockport and Coastal Bend Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.
During the business week, our agents are 'on the floor' ready to answer questions, phone calls, and inquiries. Our agents are equally ready to discuss properties if you decide to pop into the office, located next to the Dairy Queen on Hwy 59. On Saturdays, you can almost always find an agent in the office, or someone is always reachable by phone. | |
