Raulie has been selling South Texas as a broker for over 30 years. Raulie is a licenced property inspector, Certified General Appraiser, and a builder/contractor.
Raulie has been a rancher in the Coastal Bend for 30 years. He raises registered paint horses and registered Beefmaster cattle. For the past 4 years, he has traveled the continental United States and Hawaii teaching appraisal courses. Raulie is an active member of the Goliad Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Goliad Rotary Club, serving as club president for both organizations for the 2006-2007 year. Raulie currently resides on his ranch in Goliad County with his wife Georgia Ann Irwin on their ranch.
